Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused and in its original packaging. Please note the original shipping charge will not be refunded. Return shipping is also the customers responsibility and will be deducted from the total refund. Return labels are emailed once a return is initiated. To initiate a return please email me on the contact page. Refunds are issued within 3 business day after the returned items are received.

Online exchanges are available within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping labels are free however the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the new items. After initiating an exchange an invoice will be emailed for the shipping cost of the new items. Once the shipping is paid and the items are received the replacement items will be sent out with in 3 business days.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted on custom orders.
